Frequently Asked Questions

Which error correction level?
L level 7% for clean environments; M level 15% is default; Q level 25% for potentially worn scenarios; H level 30% highest tolerance, allows logo but denser QR code.
Can QR code have a logo?
Yes. Choose H level error correction, logo under 30% of QR code area. Oversized logo or low error correction causes scan failure.
Why can't my QR code be scanned?
Content too long makes QR too dense; print resolution too low; logo covers too much; insufficient error correction; poor color contrast (suggest black/white).
